2.Preparation

Note: basic operations of Windows operating system involved in the operation
instructions are based on Windows 7 operating system. The differences in operation
between other Windows system and Windows 7 system are not contained in the operation
instructions, for which please refer to relevant computer books.
3.Test Wiring
3.1Panel Introduction

initial end of the tested transformer winding through input resistance (internal resistance),
