4 Holding a Conference on the Web Interface

Function

Description

Broadcast
Participant

This is used to broadcast the video of a participant to the
other participants.

Stop
Broadcasting
Participant

This is used to stop broadcasting the video of a participant
to the other participants if that participant has completed its
speech.

Set Continuous
Presence

This is used to display a dialog box in which you can
change the participant displayed in a pane or the layout of
the continuous presence.

Broadcast
Continuous
Presence

This is used to broadcast the continuous presence to all the
participants in the conference.

Cancel
Continuous
Presence

This is used to stop the broadcasting of the continuous
presence to all the participants in the conference.

Roll Call

After you select a participant and perform the

Roll Call

operation, the video of the participant is broadcast. In this
case, the microphones of all the participants except the
chair participant and the broadcasting participant are
muted.

Voice Activation

This is used to adjust the sensitivity of voice activation. If
the voice activation function is enabled during a
conference, the MCU automatically switches the
broadcasting participant to the participant with the loudest
voice.

Cancel
Chairperson
Token

This is used to revoke the chair control rights of a selected
participant to change the participant to a non-chair
participant.

View Packet Loss
Ratio of
Participant

This is used to view the packet loss ratio of a selected
participant.

Cancel H.239
Content Token

This is used to cancel the H.239-Content sending right of a
selected participant. In this case, the other participants at
the conference can request the H.239 Content token.

Cancel LSD
Token

This is used to close the low speed data (LSD) channel of a
selected participant. In this case, the participant cannot
control remote cameras.

Audio Loopback

This is used to perform an audio loopback test on a
selected participant.

Video Loopback

This is used to perform a video loopback test on a selected
participant.
