1. Strip the sheath off the cable to leave the
conductor with an L1 length exposed. Ensure
that the value of L1 is equal to the tail length of
the OT terminal.
2. Lead the cable through the heat shrink
tubing and place the OT terminal on the
exposed conductor.

3. Use the crimping tool to crimp the joint parts
of the bare crimping terminal and the
conductor.
4. Install the heat shrink tubing.

NOTICE
•
Heat the heat shrink tubing until it tightly clings to the
connector. Do not overheat the heat shrink tubing,
preventing the insulation layer being burnt.
•
The heat shrink tubing must be fixed to cover the
cable conductor.
NOTICE
Ensure that the metal conductor of the cable is not
damaged when stripping the sheath off the cable.
NOTICE
The contact terminal should contact the insulation sheath
of the cable.
After the conductor is fed into the OT terminal, the
protruding part of the conductor, L2 must not be longer
than 2 mm.
