8 Installing the First Row of the Multi-Functional

Conference Table

Issue 05 (2014-08-01)

Huawei Proprietary and Confidential



Because the tabletop is heavy, arrange at least two persons to lift the tabletop.



When you are supine under the conference table for installation purposes, wear safety

glasses to prevent dust from entering your eyes.

Procedure

Step 1

Based on the arrows labeled on the two center table legs, orient the two center table legs

toward the HD displays. Then, place the center table legs to the corresponding fixture seats,

ensuring that the edges of the table legs parallel to those of the fixtures. See

Figure 8-2

Step 2

Install the center steel plate and frame assembly (D2) onto the two center table legs.
1.

With the groove in the steel frame edge facing downward and against the HD displays,

place the center steel plate and frame assembly (D2) on the center table legs.

Align the mounting holes in the steel plates with those of the table legs.

Partially fasten ten M6 x 16 socket-head cap screws on each side, as shown in

Figure

8-3
