7 Maintenance

Issue 03 (2018-05-15)

Step 6

Connect the output power cables for the power adapter to the power input port on the
SmartLogger1000 and the power input port on the router.

7.2.7 Replacing the USB Port

Prerequisites



The USB port is faulty.



A spare USB port of the same model is available and functional.

Procedure

Step 1

Disconnect the cable from the USB port, and label the cable.

Step 2

Remove the faulty USB port.

Step 3

Install the new USB port.

When installing the new USB port, ensure that the rubber ring is in the enclosure.
