Terminating a DC Output Power Cable with a Connector

Strip a power  cable based  on the stripping 
indicator.

Use a screwdriver  to poke the cable locking 
latches out.

For  the stripping length,  see the stripping  indicator on  the PI.

NOTE

Installation Guide

Push the cable locking latches on both sides 
back. Slightly pull the cable to check whether 
it is connected securely.

If the wires slide outward or are exposed outside the 
holes, remove the cable and cut the wires. Then strip 
and connect the cable again.

A line must be inserted in the center of a hole.

A line must be perpendicular to a hole.

A line must be inserted in the 
center of a hole.

CAUTION

Insert  the power  cable.

Hole 2 (-): Insert a blue -48 V line into it.

Hole 1 (+): Insert a brown (black) 0 V 
ground line into it.

Ensure that the positive and negative lines are correctly connected.

Avoid dropping any miscellaneous objects (especially 
metal scraps) in the maintenance compartment. Clean 
up them immediately if any.
