6.10 Why can't I unlock the screen using my fingerprint?
Why can't I find the fingerprint option under Settings?
If you can't unlock your screen using your fingerprint, go to Settings > Security and check
whether there is a fingerprint option. If not, restart your phone and check whether the
fingerprint option exists.
If you can't find the fingerprint option under Settings , take your phone to a Huawei service
center.
6.11 Why do I have to register my fingerprint several times
and at different angles?
Your phone can record a large area of your fingerprint when you register it several times at
different angles, making it easier for your phone to read. For example: If you register four
different areas of your fingerprint, you can use any one of them to unlock your phone.
6.12 Why can I unlock my screen even if my finger is not
perfectly aligned with the fingerprint sensor?
Your phone's fingerprint sensor has an identification angle of 360 degrees, so it can read your
fingerprint even if your finger is not perfectly aligned with the sensor.
