16.1 Antibacterial treatment of the AquaSTOR

Clean and disinfect the system at least once a year

Whenever the AquaSTOR or exchanger circuits are to be drained, it is crucial to let the water 

cool down to preclude any risk of scolding or burns.

The AquaSTOR is fitted with a dismounting inspection hole.

In order to work on the inside of the tank:

use the shut-off to isolate the exchanger kit
isolate the installation’s power circuit
close the cold water inlet, and drain out the tank.

Access is through the inspection hole, once the tightening screws have been loosened.

NOTE:

Comply with all currently applicable governing standards of, cleaning and disinfecting the system at 

least once a year.
