Use
•
Select charging mode 1 or mode 2 with the mode selector before connecting the charger to
the mains.
•
Insert your rechargeable batteries (not included) into the charger. It is recommended to
simultaneously charge batteries of the same type and capacity only. Refer to the
illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
Remark:
This charger does not offer
∆
V detection, battery short-circuit protection,
discharge and safety timer functions when charging 9 V E-type batteries. 9 V E-
type batteries can only be charged in mode 2.

Connect your charger to the mains. The LEDs will flash red once.
•
Refer to the table below for the LED status.

Remark:
Hold the yellow discharge button pressed to activate the discharge/fast charging
function. The charger will automatically switch to fast charging mode once the
discharge process is completed.

Remove the batteries from the charger and disconnect the charger from the mains after
use.
