Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:

1.

Prepare the computer for disassembly (

).

2.

Remove the base enclosure (see

).

3.

Disconnect the cable from the battery (see 

Battery on page 38

).

Remove the solid-state drive:

Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw (1), and then pull the solid-state drive away from the connector 
(2).

Reverse this procedure to install the solid-state drive.
