Port to Mirror to
Select the destination port from
the Port to Mirror to
drop-down list. Any port can be selected. The tick-box of the
selected port will be cleared and disabled (see the
Ports to Mirror
section).
Note:
Broadcast and Multicast packets are not mirrored since they are flooded to all ports anyway.
Ports to Mirror
There are two columns in this table. One is titled
Port
and one is titled
Mirroring Enabled
.
Port
- The front-panel port number.
Mirroring Enabled
- This field is associated with the port-number that is displayed immediately on its
left. Click on the tick-box to enable/disable Port Mirroring for the port.
Note:
It will not be possible to select
Mirroring Enabled
for the destination port (the
Port to Mirror to
).
