Configuring Time Machine

Configuring Time Machine Prior to Performing a Backup

Before Time Machine can use the HP server as a backup destination, the HP MediaSmart
Server Software has to be installed and configured.
You must be logged on to the Mac with an account that has administrator privileges
before configuring the backup preferences.
To configure the HP server as a valid Time Machine backup device, start the Control
Center application.
