Getting Started
If you want to change the IP address, enter these commands:
hostzlswitch(hp-svcs-std-C)# windows SBMAdmin
You will be prompted for a password. Enter P@ssw0rd . You will then
be prompted to change the password. After you do, enter:
hostzlswitch(hp-svcs-std-C:win)# interface 2
hostzlswitch(hp-svcs-std-C:eth-2)# ip address <IP
address> <subnet mask>
hostzlswitch(hp-svcs-std-C:eth-2)# ip default-gateway
<IP address>
If you want, you can also specify the DNS server addresses:
hostzlswitch(hp-svcs-std-C:eth-2)# ip dns server-address
priority [1 | 2] <IP address>
C a u t i o n
The module has two internal ports. The instructions above apply to port 2. You
must
never disable this interface ( <slot>2 ) from the HP zl switch CLI. Other-
wise, the module will fault. It is also recommended that you do not disable
interface 2 from the module CLI nor the Local Area Connection associated
with this interface on the Windows Server 2008 R2 that is running on the
module. See the
Installation and Getting Started Guide for more details.
