Lift the tape that secure the display cable connector on the panel (2), and then disconnect the
cable (3) from the connector (4).

NOTE:

For this procedure the display will not be connected to the computer as shown in the

following image.

If it is necessary to replace the display hinges:

Display hinge covers and hinges are available in the Display Hinge Kit, spare part number 702857-001.

Remove the Phillips broadhead PM2.0×2.5 screw (1) that secures each hinge cover to the
display enclosure.

Remove the display hinge covers (2) from atop the hinges.
