Circuit breakers are in the off
position.
Do the following:
1. Set the bus bar circuit breakers to
off or open.
2. Remove the couplers.
3. Inspect the bus bar output cables
and couplers for damage.
4. If no damage is found, be sure the
couplers are connected to the
proper bus and seated properly.
5. Be sure the server blade enclosure
power backplane power cable is
connected properly.
6. Set the circuit breakers to on.

If these solutions do not solve the
problem, contact an HP authorized
service provider for replacement parts
and service.
