• Wear on the screw (8) a crossed blade (9) cutting edge in the direction of
the plates (10,11,12) (Fig. 4).
• After the blade (9), put one of the plates (10,11,12) on the screw (8) (Fig. 5).
• Install the fixing ring (14) by turning it clockwise without pulling it (Fig. 6).
• Install the removable tray (6) on the removable head (7).
• Assemble the appliance and place it on a flat dry surface.
• Make sure that ventilation openings on the body are not blocked.
How to use
Meat grinding
• Prepare the meat for cutting by removing the bone, cartilage and
tendons. Cut
• meat into pieces (approximately 2x2x6 cm).
• Carefully set the tray for the products (6) on the upper part of the
working head (7). Under the grate through which the minced meat
comes out, place a suitable dish or container.
• Make sure that the appliance is switched off.
• Connect the meat grinder to the mains.
• Switch the appliance on by pressing the «On1» (1B) or «On2 » (1C)
button depending on what speed is needed low or high appropriately.
• Place the meat in the food tray (6). Only use the pusher (5) included in
the delivery to push the meat. Never push the meat with your hands.
• Food obstruction may appear during meat grinding. Use the reverse
mode to remove
• the obstruction.
• To select the screw reverse mode «Reverse», switch the meat grinder
off by pressing the button «Stop&Reset» (1A), then press and hold
down the button «Reverse» (1D), the screw will rotate backwards.
• As soon as you are finished, switch the appliance off by pressing the
button «Stop&Reset» (1A), disconnect it from the mains, and only then
start disassembling the meat grinder.
Making “Kebbe”
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked of lamb meat, wheat flour
and spices cut together for getting a base for hollow rolls. Rolls are filled
and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
