 I:

Capacitor

1.

The capacitor is mounted on a bracket at the rear of 
the appliance next to the compressor near to the 
terminal block.

2.

Unscrew 1 large nut from underneath the 
compressor bracket to release the capacitor.

3.

Cut 2 cable ties from the black plastic sleeve 
covering the connector plug.

4.

When refitting, make sure that the plastic sleeve is 
fitted covering the plug and socket and secured 
tightly with a cable tie round each end to prevent 
moisture ingress. 

J:  Defrost Heater / Evaporator

1.

Remove the Rear Duct Assembly as in 

F

 above.

2.

Unplug the Heater connector from the connector block on the rear wall of the freezer. 

3.

If necessary remove the Thermostat and Thermal Fuse as in 

G

 above.
