B)
Check burner pressure;
On the Siemens gas valve, loosen the screw on the gas outlet test point (1 or 2).
Connect the silicone flexible hose to the test point, turn on the device. (at least 5
min.) Measure the pressure with a U-Manometer or digital manometer. If it is more
than the pressure value given in the table, remove the regulator cover and turn the
screw clockwise with a suitable screwdriver to increase the pressure and
counterclockwise to decrease it. Turn off the heater hose when it provides the
desired pressure.
C)
Replacing the regulator cover
D)
After adjusting to the appropriate pressure, replace and tighten the
regulator cover.
The gas inlet and outlet direction of the Siemens gas valve are shown in the
picture above. The torque (torks 15) shown in the No. 1 location in the gas inlet
section is loosened and the pressure value is measured. While the device is running,
the pressure measured here must be 20 mbar. Be sure to tighten the screw back
after the measurement.
The torque (torx 15) screw shown in the gas outlet section number 2 is loosened
and the pressure value is measured. While the device is running, the measured
value must be the same as the pressure value indicated in the tables. Be sure to
tighten the screw back after the measurement.
