IMPORTANT
Keep the braided hose connecting the unit and the remote
controller not longer than 2 m.

7. TRIAL RUN
[a] CHECKING WATER HARDNESS
Press and hold the set button on the control panel, and press the
dispense button. The display shows “SEE” and the unit measures the
hardness of tap water.
After 20 seconds, the display indicates the measured hardness, then
goes off to complete the measurement.
* If the actual water hardness is not measured, the unit regards the
hardness as 200 mg/L (default setting), resulting in a longer cell
flush cycle.
* If the display shows “FAIL”, measure the hardness again after a trial
run.
