5. Never heat near explosive substances, objects or gas.
6. Avoid any contact with the heated heating element.
7. Always store the heater at a clean and dry place, which is not accessible to children and animals.
8. This device may be used by children 8 years of age and older and by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervised or
instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the resulting hazards. Do not allow children to
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without
supervision.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
1. Intended use: The heater is only designed for heating milk and food in combination with liquid.
2. Commissioning: The safety instructions are always to be observed. In case of working with electrical
devices, a safety plug is to be used at all times. Before putting the heater into operation, it is absolutely
essential to read the user instructions. Adjusting the right temperatures is described in detail in the user
instruction.
3. Maintenance: Regularly check whether all fastening screws of the heater are securely fitted. Loose
screws are to be tightened immediately with the power plugs unplugged. Neglecting this product, may
lead to dangerous situations. The heater needs to be cleaned every time it has been used. For exterior
cleaning of the synthetic upper part, only use a soft rag or a piece of cloth moistened in soapy water,
ensuring it is free from petrol or solvents, which may attack or damage the synthetic housing. The hea-
ting element of the heater may only be cleaned with lukewarm soapy water or with a hand brush.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please note the following, before putting the heater into operation:
1. Fill the liquid into a vessel made of heat-resistant material. Please note the minimum and maximum
immersion depth of the heater. The liquid must never come in contact with the handle.
2. Position the heater in the vessel with the liquid.
3. Only connect the heater to an electrical socket installed by an authorized electrician.
4. Do not touch the liquid while the heater is connected to the mains.
5a. For Article No. 30756 – manual calf milk heater
The thermostat adjusts the milk temperature with switching on or off the power.
Button position on 2 = approx. 20° Button position on 7 = approx. 70°
Button position on 3 = approx. 30° Button position on 8 = approx. 80°

Button position on 5 = approx. 50° Button position on 10 = approx. 100°

This approximate data should only be used as a rough guideline, since technical variations are
possible with the thermostats.
