This instrument has no power switch. Install a power switch.

Connecting the power supply
The power supply is 2-wire transmission power source that rated voltage is 22.5 V to 30 V DC.
As illustrated below, connect the power cable and grounding cable.
WARNING
If there is a possible of lighting damage, install lighting arresters both at the instrument and receive
device.
ELECTRIC SHOCK
Make sure that no electric power is supplied to the instrument before staring this work.
CAUTION
• Operating the instrument using a voltage out of the rated range may cause it to malfunction. Be
sure to check the voltage of the power supply. Also make sure that the fluctuation of the power
supply voltage is within the range of 22.5 V to 30 V.
• Use a balanced type shield cable.
• If there is a possible of lighting damage, install an arrester in two place between the HP-100 and
the distributor.
