PEHA_M_Installation_952JRM (Rev01-130308)
Important installation information !
• Read through the operating instructions carefully before putting the device into service!
• Only use 1-phase power supply with a 10A overload release. (terminal L, N
230V~/50 Hz)!
• Make sure the polarity of the motors is correct! After connecting the motors, switch to central UP. When not all of the motors move UP, check the motors’
connections and polarity!
• Auto mode for the outputs can be activated and deactivated at a switch on input I32 of the JRM module. This requires the corresponding outputs to be
assigned to input I32 (see AUTO MODE instructions).
caution !!
• Only one motor (max. 1A) may be connected to each output (e.g. motor M0: O0 = motor DOWN, O1 = motor UP)! The manufacturer’s operating
instructions must be observed when installing the motors.
• Use separate connections for the control and motor lines! They may not be laid together in one wiring connection.
• Wiring connections must not run behind the JRM for EMC reasons!
• The 24V inputs are connected to the JRM’s 24V supply voltage. Make sure that no connections are joined to any alternating current circuits (230V~).
This can cause a defect in the Compact JRM!
• The 24V supply voltage for inputs I0-I35 is provided by the module. Buttons or sensors are used to switch it to ground (0V terminals). The voltage
may only be used for this application! The separate sensor connection (terminal 0 and 24) must be used for operating voltages of 24 V!
• The wiring connections for supplying power (230 V~ /50 Hz) to the motors (terminals L0-L3) must be protected with a 10 A automatic circuit breaker.
Make sure the loads are evenly distributed!

Description
terminal

Terminal block 0
(Motor M0-M2)
Three motors (M0-M2) can be connected to the output terminal block 0. Motors M0, M1, M2 can be connected
together, or M0 and M1 can be connected separately from M2 (e.g. for RCD protective switch). A phase leg
(e.g. L1) must be connected to the L0 terminals to supply the motors with power (230V~/50Hz).
caution!
The L0 terminals require the same potential!
O0-O5
1-3
Terminal block 1-3
(Motor M3-M11)
A total of 9 motors (M3-M11) can be connected to output terminal blocks 1-3 (3 motors to each terminal
block). One of the phase legs (L1-L3) must be connected to each terminal block to supply the motors with
power (230 V~ /50 Hz).

24V inputs for connecting 3 dual buttons for the UP/DOWN function in group 0-2.
Attention!
The “Sensors” setting deactivates Group 2! The inputs I30 and I31 for Group 2 are then available
for connection to a sun sensor S2/S3.
