7.3.6.1 Language

selection

The HMI control keypad offers the user the possibility to control the frequency converter through the
keypad in the language of your choice.

Locate the language selection page under the

System menu

. Its location indication is

S6.1

. Press the

Menu

button right

once to enter the edit mode. As the name of the language starts to blink you are able to choose

another language for the keypad texts. Confirm the selection by pushing the

Enter button

The blinking

stops and all textual information on the keypad is presented in the language you chose.

You can return to the previous menu anytime by pushing the

Menu button left

7.3.6.2 Application

selection

The user can select the application desired by entering the

Application selection page (S6.2)

. This is done

by pushing the

Menu button right

when on the first page of the

System menu

. Change then the application

by pushing the

Menu button right

once again. The name of the application starts to blink. Now you can

browse through the applications with the

Browser buttons

and select another application with the

Enter

button

Changing application will reset all parameters. After application change, you will be asked if you want the
parameters of the

new

application to be uploaded to the keypad. If you wish this to happen push the

Enter

button

Pushing any other button leaves the parameters of the

previously used

application saved in the

keypad. For more information, see Chapter 7.3.6.3.
