TG-7 burglary models sold in Canada. The tamper switch needs to be connected to a zone on the panel and 

shall designate the zone as Tamper Protection.  
 
All Canadian Installations shall also meet the installation requirements of CAN/ULC-S302 standard for 
Installation and Classification of Burglar Alarm Systems for Financial and Commercial Premises, Safes and 
Vaults. 
 
For installations outside Canada, a tamper switch may be used if desired (not supplied) or as required by
