If Windows Security Alert does not appear and no camera is discovered:

1. Go to

Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program

or feature through Windows Firewall

, and then click

Allow another program

.

2. In the

Add a Program

dialog box, click

Browse

.

3. Navigate to the location of the

IPCTool.exe

file, select it, and then click

Open

. IPC Tool is

added to the list of programs in the

Add a Program

dialog box.
