NSR150SP       Engine Removal/Installation

Install the servo motor. 
Install and tighten the bolts securely. 
Connect the servo motor 6P 
connector. 
 
 
Connect the clutch cable, oil tube, 
radiator lower hose and tachometer 
cable. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Connect the alternator 3P connector, 
ignition pulse generator 2P connector 
and neutral switch connector. 
 
 
 
 
 
Connect the radiator upper hose, 
spark plug cap and thermo sensor 
connector. 
 
 
Install the followings: 
-Reed valve

-Carburettor

-Fuel tank

-Drive sprocket

-Exhaust pipe/muffler  (page 2-15)
