Install the snap ring.

Install the oil pump (page 4-6 )
Install the right crankcase cover
(page 10-23)

Install the dowel pin and new gasket.

Install the water pump cover and bolts.
Tighten the bolts securely.
Connect the lower radiator hose to the
water pump cover.
Tighten the hose band screw securely.

Fill and bleed the cooling system
(page 6-6)

Install the side cowl and lower cowl
(page 2-4, 2-5)

RADIATOR RESERVE TANK

Remove the side cover
(page 2-6)
Remove the battery case
(page 16-6)
Drain the coolant
(page 16-6)
Disconnect the reserve tank overflow tube and siphon tube.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
