STARTING SYSTEM
Pass the starter rope [1] through the cutout [2] in the
starter reel [3], and turn the starter reel approximately 3
turns in the direction of the arrows to preload the spring.
Make sure that the rope grommet [1] is in place.
Pass the rope [2] through the grommet, starter rope
guide [3], starter grip [4] and grip cover [5].
Make an overhand knot at the rope end.
Install the swingarms [1] into the collar [2] as shown.
