Measure the camshaft roller O.D.

If the measurement is less than the service limit,

replace the camshaft roller.

CAMSHAFT CAM HEIGHT

Measure the cam height of the camshaft.

If the measurement is less than the service limit,

replace the camshaft.

VALVE LIFTER ROLLER JOURNAL I.D.

CRANKCASE SIDE COVER SIDE

Measure the valve lifter roller journal I.D. of the

crankcase side cover.

If the measurement is more than the service limit,

replace the crankcase side cover.

CYLINDER BLOCK SIDE

Measure the valve lifter roller journal I.D. of the cylinder

block.

If the measurement is more than the service limit,

replace the cylinder block.
