again automatically every 120 minutes while the hopper pre-cooling system is regulated by the

pre-set temperature.

c. In programming mode, press the pre-cooling button to select the function to be programmed –

calibration of the ice cream hardness level [value between 30 and 100] or press again to set the

pre-cooling temperature or press again to set the current value).

Notes on pre-cooling system:

This  machine  is  equipped  with  a  pre-cooling  and  a  freshness  preservation  system.  The  pre-cooling

system operates in the hoppers through a combination of an independent refrigeration system and a

mixer motor which ensures that temperature is maintained evenly. This system has the dual advantage

of speeding up ice cream production and preserving the quality of the mixture.

The  freshness  preservation  system  works  by  combining  the  preservation  quality  of  the  pre-cooling

system  with  a  preservation function  in  the freezing  cylinders.  This  enables  the  mixture  in  both the

hoppers and cylinders to be preserved through the application of low temperature during periods in

which the machine is idle.

7.3.3) Wash cycle button

a. In stand-by mode, press the wash button

to wash the machine. The wash indicator

  will

become  blue.  To  stop  the  wash  function,  press  the  wash  button  again.  Alternatively,  the  wash

function stops automatically after 5 minutes. During the wash process, the beater motors will work

without the refrigeration function, thus protecting the machine.

b. In programming mode

this button is pressed in order to decrease the value of the function being

programmed. For example, if the hardness setting is being calibrated, pressing the wash button (-)

will decrease the value of the calibration.

7.3.4) Production button

a.  Press  the  production  button  (M)

H o m m y

to  start  production situation.  The  production  indicator  (A)

will light with a blue backlight and simultaneously display window E will indicate the

production  motors  are  in  action

.  After  some  seconds,  the  compressor  will  start

automatically  and  display  window  E  will  indicate  production  progress  (1%~100%).  Press  the

production button again to stop production.

b. In programming mode

this button is pressed in order to increase the value of the function being

programmed. For example, if the hardness setting is being calibrated, pressing the production (+)
