c. The wash cycle switches off automatically after 2 minutes.
d. After wash cycle, proceed to clean the parts as per pre-production wash procedure.
Warning: During the wash cycle, the main motor works without the compressor. Do not
wash the mashing whilst it is in the production cycle as this will freeze the water and
result in damage to the machine.
7. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

A. Ice Cream Production Indicator
：
indicator blue backlight is on during production mode.
B. Left hopper temperature indicator and counter display.
C. Indicates cooling in the freezer cylinders: the backlight is blue when the freshness preservation
mode is on in the production cylinders.
D. Wash function: indicator is blue when this function is selected

E. Ice cream rigidity indicator

30~100). During production, this indicates progress in ice cream
production

1~100%), whilst during programming it indicates the hardness setting.
F. Liquid mixture level indicator
：
when indicator is red this reflects inadequate liquid mixture level in
hopper, blue indicator reflects adequate amount of liquid mixture.
G. Hopper Pre-cooling indicator: indicator blue backlight is on during pre-cooling operation.
