Mounting
The detection range should not be aligned directly to
windows, heatings or any other heat sources.
It is not possible to detect motion through glass. False
alarms caused by moving heat sources behind a win-
dow cannot be excluded by 100 %.
5.2
Adhesive strip mounting
For mounting the passage sensor using the adhesive strips,
please proceed as follows:
•
Select the desired mounting location (e.g. a door
frame).
Make sure that the mounting surface is smooth, solid,
non-disturbed, free of dust, grease and solvents and
not too cold to ensure long-time adherence.

Fix the adhesive strips
(F)
on the back side of the pas-
sage sensor in the provided area (
see fig. 2
).
•
Remove the protective film from the adhesive strips.
•
Press the device with the back side to the desired po-
sition on the wall or door frame.
