Press the cooking zone selection button again and the LED display
will show “t” where the power level used to be.

The time will be displayed either above or below the selected
cooking zone.
o
Use the plus (4) and minus (5) buttons to set a countdown time of
between 1 and 99 minutes. If no time is selected (“0”) or no time is
selected within 10 seconds the timer will be cancelled.
o
In the Diagram above, the bottom left cooking zone is selected
(“t”), and the cooking time has been increased to 38 minutes
(displayed above the selected cooking zone).
o
When the countdown time that you require appears on the timer
display, you should release the plus and minus buttons.
o
After 10 seconds the hob will beep and the timer will be set, or you
can confirm the time by pressing the cooking zone selection button.
o
The selected zone LED will then go back to showing the power level
but will have a decimal point to show that the zone is timed.
o
When the countdown time has elapsed an audible signal will sound
and the cooking zone will switch off. Press any key to silence the
alarm.
o
NOTE: Any other zones in use will continue to heat, and any
countdown timer (for other cooking zones) will continue to
work.
