4. Move the unit slowly, holding on the targeted area or muscle group. Massage the area for a short
period of time and move to another area. NEVER massage the same spot longer than 3 minutes.
CAUTION – as stated in the IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS section of this manual, NEVER use
this appli ance on or near eyes or other highly sensitive areas of the body.
5. Operation of longer than 15 minutes is not recommended and may cause overheating.
6. When massage is completed, turn unit off, allow to cool, unplug the power cord and store properly
in a dry place.
NOTE ON COLD MASSAGE ATTACHMENT:
The Cold attachment should be placed in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours prior to use for opti-
mum performance. At room temperature, the Cold attachment will stay cold for up to 15 minutes of
continuous massage use. As the attachment gradually loses its frozen state over 15 minutes, gently
press around the edges of the cold gel surface to circulate the colder beads against skin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. DO
NOT change the plug in any way.
1. This unit is powered by and comes equipped with a UL approved cord. ALWAYS make sure the unit
is set to the “OFF” position before inserting the plug into a 120-volt electrical outlet.
2. Massage: To activate Massage function, slide the bottom switch to “ON”. Slide the switch forward
(A) to increase massage intensity.
M HEAT:
Once massage function is on, press the HEAT button (B) to activate Heat.
NOTE:
The Heat function can only be activated when the Massage function is in use.
NOTE:
The Heat function will only activate when using the Thermal Heat attachment. Never use the
Heat Attachment if the housing is cracked or broken, or if the metal plate is loose, bent or separated
from housing.
NOTE:
To eliminate the risk of being burned, do not use the heat continuously for more than 15 min-
utes. Do not use heat or cold massage if you have sensitive skin, poor circulation, discolored areas,
burned or inflamed skin, or where skin eruptions or sores are present. Heat and cold massage should
be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your
physician.
3. Apply massager attachment lightly to the area you wish to massage.
