the instructions will void the warranty.
1. This appliance is intended for use by children 8 years of age and older and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards
2. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are 8 years old
and under supervision.
3. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children under 8 years of age.
4. Children must not play with the device.
5. It is forbidden to use the appliance with a damaged power cord. If the supply cord is
damaged, contact an authorized service center to have it replaced to avoid a hazardous
situation.

When filling the kettle, always follow the minimum and maximum lines marked on the
water level window.
15. Before connecting the appliance to the electrical outlet make sure that the voltage
indicated on the type plate on the bottom of the appliance and the base corresponds
to the outlet’s voltage. Only connect the appliance to a properly grounded electrical
outlet.
16. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or worktop. Route the power
cord so that it does not touch a hot surface. Do not place heavy objects on the power
cord.
17. Do not place the appliance or the power cord on or near a gas or electric hot plate or
hot oven.

time switch or remote control.
