STEP 3
Assemble the (D) Left Exhaust Pipe and the (E) Right Exhaust Pipe by sliding the forked-hook
connector on each piece into the corresponding slots located on the support poles at the back lower
sides of the (B) Gas Tank/Motor. Assemble one side at a time as shown in Figures 1. & 2..
STEP 4
Attach the end of the support pole on the (F) Front Wheel into the bottom front of the (B) Gas
Tank/Motor and secure by aligning the quick-connect buttons into the pre-drilled holes as shown in
Figures 1. & 2. Next, attach the bottom end of the (G) Handle Bars into the top front of the (B) Gas
Tank/Motor and secure by aligning the quick-connect buttons into the pre-drilled holes as shown in
Figure 3. Finally, attach the (H) Headlight by sliding the forked-hook connector into the corresponding
slots located on the front of the (G) Handle Bars as also shown in Figure 3.
STEP 5
Attach the end of the support pole on the (I) Function Control Box into the top back of the (B) Gas
Tank/Motor and secure by aligning the quick-connect buttons into the pre-drilled holes as shown in
Figure 1. NOTE: The speaker side of the Function Control Box must face towards the front of the
Cycle.
Next, attach the end of the support pole on the (J) Shoulder Ring into the top support pole of the (I)
Function Control Box and secure by aligning the quick-connect buttons into the pre-drilled holes as
shown in Figure 2. Finally, assemble the (K) Head by sliding the slots at the base down over the
forked-hook connector located at the top of the (J) Shoulder Ring as also shown in Figure 2.
STEP 6
Connect the Round Red Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the (K) Head as shown in Figure 1.
Connect the Round Yellow Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the (K) Head as shown in Figure 2.
Connect the Round Black Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the (B) Gas Tank/Motor as shown
in Figure 3.
Connect the Rectangular Black Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the (B) Gas Tank/Motor as
shown in Figure 4.
Connect the Round White Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the box on the (A) Base as shown
in Figure 5.
Connect the Square Black Cables from the (I) Function Control Box to the box on the (A) Base as shown
in Figure 6.
