ASSEMBLY
* We recommend that TWO PEOPLE work together on the assembly, due to the weight
of this cart. Cart weight is approximately 124 lbs, please be careful during assembly.
Step 1:
Note: Remove all
components from drawers
before assembling this unit.
Attach Legs (Part E) and
Bumpers (Part F) to Bottom
Tray (Part B) using four
(4) Screws, Washers and
Nuts from the Hardware
Bag (Part K) for each leg.
The HOMAK logo on each
bumper should be on top
and facing either the front
or back. Finger tighten.
Step 2:
Attach the Long Cross
Braces (Part H) to the
product using two (2)
Screws, Washers and Nuts
from the Hardware Bag
(Part K) each. Make sure
the tabs are on top. Finger
tighten.
Attach the Short Cross
Braces (Part G) to the
product using two (2)
Screws, Washers and Nuts
from the Hardware Bag
(Part K) each. Make sure
tabs are on top. Finger
tighten.
Step 3:
Place the Cabinet (Part
D) on its back using the
packaging as padding to
prevent scratches.
Attach what was assembled
in Steps 1 and 2 to the
cabinet (Part D) using four
(4) Screws, Washers and
Nuts from the Hardware
Bag (Part K) for each leg.
Finger tighten. You will
need to stand the product
upright to fasten the four (4)
screws on the back.
