13.1 Rolling out / pulling the hose
Pull out the hose to the desired length and let it slowly pull back a little bit by the spring force
until the locking device engages.
If the hose reel does not lock immediately, pull the hose out again and let it slowly roll up again.
Repeat the procedure until the hose reel locks in the desired position.
13.2 Rolling in / collect the hose
Before rolling up the hose, release the compressed air from the hose. The automatic roll up
mechanism can be activated by pulling slightly at the hose. This will release the lock. Continue to
hold the end of the hose firmly and allow the hose to roll up slowly so that it can slide back into
the hose reel in a controlled manner.
13.3 Adjust the hose stopper
Use the hose stopper to interrupt the rolling up of the hose to the desired length:
 Unlock the fixation (1) of the hose stopper.
 Pull out the hose to the desired length and slide
the hose stopper along the hose to the required
position.
 Re-lock the fixation (1).
NOTE: Always make sure that the hose reel is locked before releasing the hose stopper. After the
adjustment, make sure that the hose stopper is securely fixed before unlocking the reel.

The air supply necessarily interrupt when adjustment, maintenance, and repair work.
Disconnect machine from the air supply!
14.1 Cleaning
N O T E
Incorrect cleaning agents can attack the machine or parts of the machine. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents or solvents that could damage the rubber or plastic parts of
the machine. Observe the information and instructions of the cleaning agent
manufacturer!
Regular cleaning is a prerequisite for the safe operation of the product and its long service life.
 Make sure that the hoses are in good working order!
 Keep the hose reel and hoses as free of dust and dirt as possible.
 Use a damp cloth for cleaning and a mild detergent if necessary.
 Clean the hose before returning it to the hose reel.
 Make sure that the hose is rolled up correctly.
14.2 Maintenance
The product is low maintenance and only few parts need to be serviced. Irrespective of this,
faults or defects that could impair the safety of the user require immediate repair!
 Regularly check the air fittings for looseness, leaks, cracks or damage.
 Regularly check the hose for excessive wear and the hose connections for leaks.
 Occasionally check the mounting hardware for looseness or damage.
