12 ASSEMBLY
12.1 Preparatory Activities
12.1.1 Check Delivery Content
Always note visible transport damage on the delivery note and check the machine immediately
after unpacking for transport damage or missing or damaged parts. Report any damage to the
machine or missing parts immediately to your retailer or freight forwarder.
12.1.2
Site Requirements
The machine can be mounted to walls and ceilings. Also make sure that the surface is stable and
must be able to withstand the weight and tensile forces. Select the mounting location so that a
stationary compressed air connection is located at a distance of up to 1.5m for LSR15AIR or 2m
for LSR20AIR and that the machine is not an obstacle! The ease of operation when unwinding the
hose is essential.
In addition, when selecting the mounting location, make sure that the machine is not exposed to
direct sunlight. For the installation itself you need a drill machine, a suitable drill and a
screwdriver.
12.2 Assembly
12.2.1 Wall and ceiling mounting for LSR15AIR
 Use the swivel bracket as a template and
highlight the position of the boreholes (1) on the
carrier material.
 Check the markings with a spirit level. Make sure
that the markings are aligned horizontally.
 Drill the holes in the carrier material.
 Insert an anchor (2) into each borehole.
 Do not screw the 3 screws (3) completely into
the wall so that it is still possible to hook the
bracket.
 Tighten the screws (3) after hooking in the
bracket.
