In plasma cutting, will produce smoke or toxic fumes. Therefore, the plasma
cutting machine can be used only in well-ventilated halls, outdoors or indoors,
with strong suction (best vacuum below the cutting zone).
The cutting portion of the work must be of solvents and Degreasers are
cleaned to the formation of toxic gases to avoid or reduce.
Cutting of lead, in the form of coatings, plated parts, Cadmium, "cadmium
plated screws", beryllium (usually as Alloy component, e.g. Beryllium-copper)
and other metals that produce toxic fumes when cutting is allowed only with
breathing mask and apparatus, as well as sharp suction and filtration of toxic
gases and vapors.
Increased careful when cutting container, this previously empty and clean
clean.
Warning:
Formation of fumes or toxic fumes can cause lack of oxygen in the air. Always
ensure sufficient fresh air! (or approved breathing apparatus)
We also point out that the investment in certain areas despite-observed emis-
sion limit values may cause electromagnetic interference and that these dis-
orders are the responsibility of the user.
People who wear a pacemaker or hearing aid wearers should consult a doctor
before working near the machines.
Attention:
It is possible that may be affected in a hospital or similar electro-medical, in-
formation technology or other by the operation of the system devices (ECG,
PC, ...) in their function.
Before commissioning the system is therefore to ensure that operators operat-
ing such or similar devices, be informed in advance.
Even with the use of the plant in a residential special precautions are required.
Appropriate help for the evaluation of the application area and to minimize
electromagnetic interference (eg, use shielded cables) are the EMC product
standard for arc welding equipment to develop company.

Residual Risks
Also in compliance with all safety regulations and when used following residual risks are consid-
ered:
Risk of injury from contact with live electrical components.
Risk of injury by tipping the machine.
Risk of injury to the eye by flying debris, even with goggles.
Risk by releasing chemical particles in the material to be processed, which are carcinogenic
or otherwise harmful to the health.
These risks can be reduced if all safety rules are applied, the machine is properly maintained and
serviced the machine as intended and is serviced by a trained service professional. Despite all the
