1. Operation preparation

Put the balance on the stable, flat place, to avoid shake, static
electricity, sun light, airflow  and electromagnetic wave
interference.

2. Starting up

a. Plug in one end of the power adapter or power line to the
balance input, another end Connecting the AC power supply.
