8.1 General rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the lifespan of the
device.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn
the device off, disconnect it from the power source and let it cool down,
so as to avoid burns and electric shock.
Caution! Do not clean the device with any chemicals, alkali, abrasive, or disinfecting
agents, as they may damage the surface of the device.
Caution!
Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they may damage the
surface of the device!
Do not immerse the device or the power cord in water or other liquids.
Prior to next use, make sure that the device is completely dry.
Protect the device against penetration by water.
8.2 Cleaning the device
• To clean the appliance unfold it to the 180˚. To do this, hold the top lid lock handle
and slide it to “open”. Then, while holding the handle in the “open” position, unfold
the grill.
• Clean the device with a clean, damp cloth.
• Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth.

8. Place the prepared products on the bottom heating plate.
9. Close the lid.
10. The grilling time depends on the type, temperature, and thickness of the
food, as well as on your individual preferences.
11. Open the lid to check whether the products are evenly browned.
12. Remove the products using a wooden or heat-resistant plastic spatula.
13. When you have finished browning, disconnect the device from the power
source.
14. Leave the device until it fully cools down, then clean it in accordance with p.
