7.2 FILLING THE WATER TANK
CAUTION!
• Do not put any objects into the water reservoir.
• Do not add water while ironing or when the iron is hot.
•
The device can be filled with tap water. However, if water in your neighbourhood
is hard, we recommend using distilled or demineralised water.
1. Make sure that the iron is unplugged.
2. Open the water inlet cover on the front part of the iron.
3. Fill the water reservoir (do not exceed the maximum level shown on the side of
the iron) using the included water measuring cup.
4. Close the water inlet cover.
7.3 PLACING THE IRON ON THE BASE / REMOVING THE IRON FROM THE
BASE
1. Make sure the device is turned off – the temperature control knob is set to OFF,
and the device is unplugged.
2. To remove the iron from its base, move the base release lock towards the
unlocked padlock icon and lift the iron from the base.
