OPERATION
TRAINING COMPUTER
WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Over exercise may result in serious injury or death. If you
feel faint stop exercising immediately.
REPLACING BATTERIES
Should you notice a constant and increasing lag in the computer’s response to your input, or should the display become unclear
or unreadable, try and remove the batteries, wait 15 seconds, and put them back in place. If this does not s
olve the problem, it’s
time to replace the batteries.
To do so:
4. Remove the battery cover and place two AAA (or UM-4) batteries inside the battery compartment on the back of the computer.
5. Heed the correct polarity (markings inside the compartment), replace battery cover and ensure it is tightly closed.
6. Under normal use, battery life is approx. 1 year.
Note:
Removing the batteries will erase all data stored in the computer’s memory.
Caution!

Empty batteries should be replaced immediately.

The batteries should be replaced at least once a year in order to prevent leakage.
