Assembly Instruction
Please make sure there’s enough space to install the treadmill and recommend 2 persons to install it.
WARNING: Don’t insert the power wire until the treadmill was fully assembled.
2. Assembling left upright tube and Base frame
a. Take the treadmill out from the carton and lay it down on floor. Pull
the Signal wire (49) and speaker wire(59) from the end of Right upright
tube (5) to the top. (See figure 1-A)
b. Install the Left/Right upright tube (4/5) to base frame (13) using four
Half-round bolt M8X50 (A18), Flat washers φ8

. Do not tighten
all parts provisionally (See figure 1-B)
2. Assembling left and right upright tube with computer / handlebar
a. Connect the Signal wire (49) and speaker wire(59) to corresponding
wires that come from Handlebar (10) (see figure 2)
b. Tighten the computer/handlebar (10) to upright tubes (4/5) with three
sets Half-round bolts M8X16 (A2), Flat washers φ8 (C1). (see figure 2)
Do not tighten all parts provisionally
Screw up all the bolts of the step 1 and 2.
WARNING: To avoid electric shock, please keep the console dry. Only sealed bottle could be put on
bottle holder.
