STEP 3. Handlebar module
1.Connect the ribbon cable
Connect the top of the ribbon cable in the right upright(6) to the top
of the ribbon cable in the right handlebar module (15).
(See picture 3)
2.Connect the blot
Connect the handlebar module (7) to the L&R upright (5,6) with four
Half-round hex screw M6*16 (A11),flat washer
Ф 6 (C2),and lock all
the blot.(See picture 3)
Attention: Don't press the ribbon cable in connecting the bolt.
STEP 4. Assemble the computer
1.Connect the ribbon cable and pulse wire
Connect the top of the ribbon cable(41),pulse wire(42),On/Off
control wire(43),speed control wire(44) in handlebar upright (7) to
the wire from computer.(See picture 4)
2.Connect blot
See picture, connect the Computer module(14) to the handlebar
upright(7) with 4 Cross head self-lock bolt ST4.2*16(A19),flat
washer

4 (C1),and with two Cross head self-lock bolt
ST4.2*40(A20) in sides.
Adjustment
1. Ask the authorized service representative or professional technician to check if the voltage is
suitable, and if the grounded wire is reliable. Pull the running belt by your hand and check if it
turns freely, without screech.
2. Insert one end of the power line into the socket at the forepart of treadmill, plug the other end in
the electrical outlet. Put the emergency stop key on to the corresponding place on the
computer.
3. Turn on the switch from “0” to “1”, the computer displays zero, the running belt do not move.
4. Press the “ON/OFF” key, the treadmill runs slowly, check if the computer and running belt work
normally.
5. Press the “SPEED QUICK” key, and observe the status of the running belt and display on the
computer. Please turn off the machine if the belt runs defectively, adjust it following the rules in
“MAINTENANCE AND MALFUNCTION TREATMENT”.
6. Check all the functions keys on the computer.
7. Pull out emergency stop key, the treadmill should stop immediately; it’ll work when you put it on
again.
8. Press the “INCLINE UP” and “INCLINE DOWN” key, the incline of the running surface would
change correspondingly. Press the “PROGRAM QUICK”, the relative program lamp would light.
Turn “ON/OFF” key to stop the running, the gradient of the running surface would restore to “0”.
9.
Press the “ON/OFF” key, the treadmill will stop, and then turn off the switch if you want to finish your
exercise.
