Abnormal
communication: The
communication
between the lower
control
and the
electronic watch is
abnormal
after
power-on.
The lower control stops and enters the fault state. Can not run up. The
electronic watch displays the fault code and the buzzer sounds 3 times.
Possible cause: The communication between the electronic control and
the electronic watch is blocked. Check each connection of the electronic
watch to the lower control communication line to ensure that each core
is fully inserted. Check if the cable between the electronic watch and the
controller is damaged and replace the cable.

The motor cable is
not connected well.
When the machine enters the fault state, the console buzzer sounds 9
times, and the fault code is displayed at the same time. The rest of the
area does not display the content. If it returns to normal after the
shutdown, it can enter the standby state and start normally.
Possible cause: Check if the motor cable is connected and reconnect the
motor cable. Check the controller for odor and replace the controller;
No speed sensor
signal: The voltage
output is controlled
to the DC motor, and
the
motor speed
feedback is not
received continuously
for more than 3
seconds.
When the machine enters the fault state, the electronic watch buzzer
sounds 9 times, and the fault code is displayed at the same time. The rest
of the area does not display the content. After the fault condition is
maintained for about 10 seconds, it enters the standby state and can be
restarted.
Possible cause: The speed sensor signal is not detected for 3 seconds,
check if the sensor plug is not inserted or damaged, plug it in or replace
the sensor.

Ascending self-
learning
Check if the lift motor induction line is plugged in, re-plug the connector
to make it reliable; check if the AC line of the lift motor is properly plugged
in, and the AC line of the lift motor is correctly inserted with the mark on
the controller; check the motor Whether the cable is broken or open,
replace the cable or lift the motor; after all the checks, press the learning
button on the control to learn again.

protection: In the

that the DC motor
current is greater
than
the rated

Possible cause: Exceeding the rated load, the current is too large, the
system is self-protected, or a part of the stair machine is stuck, resulting
in the motor not turning, the load is too heavy, the current is too large,
the system is self-protected; adjust the stair machine to re-set Start up
and run. There is also checking whether the motor is running excessively
or has a burnt smell, replacing the motor; or checking whether the
controller burns the smell, replacing the controller; or checking whether
the power supply voltage specification is inconsistent or low, and using
the correct one. The voltage specification is retested.

Explosion-proof
protection: The drive
motor
circuit is
damaged due to
abnormal power
supply voltage or
abnormal motor.

shutdown, it can enter the standby state and start normally.
Reason: Check if the power supply voltage is lower than 50% of the normal
voltage. Please retest with the correct voltage specification; check the
controller for odor, replace the controller; check if the motor cable is
connected and reconnect the motor cable.
