User Guide | Arcadia® Central Station

Watts of power from the switch. Do not exceed the power budget of the switch when attaching

devices.

Note:

You can enable up to 24 channels for HelixNet. How many channels you use is limited by how

many port licenses you have. One HelixNet enabled channel consumes one port license.

Note:

HelixNet connectivity in Arcadia is channel based only. There are no direct/point-to-point

connections available for assignment to HelixNet keysets.

Note:

HelixNet should be listed in the CCM under

Hardware>Host

. If it is not listed and your device is

manufactured before June 1st 2022 it may require a HelixNet activation license. Please contact

Clear-Com Sales for further information.

HelixNet Connections - General Outline

Before connecting HelixNet beltpacks you must have:

At least 1 channel enabled for HelixNet (by default, channels 1 - 4 are enabled). See

Enabling Channels for HelixNet on page 66

Sufficient number of licensed ports for the HelixNet enabled channels (max 24)

Port Type

on at least 1 licensed port set to type

Any

(default) or

HelixNet

done, HelixNet keysets cannot be assigned
