For energy saving/freezer/fridge, check each
of the seven lamps "Save/Coldest/Normal/Cold"
to see if they are blinking.

Did you place food or ice other than ice made by
the automatic ice maker in the Ice Compartment?

Food, etc. may be blocking the ice tray.
Empty the Ice Compartment and activate "Ice Maker Cleaning".
The Ice Maker "Quick",
"On", and "Off" indicator
blink simultaneously.
Did you press for 5 seconds or
more?
Ice Maker Cleaning is in progress. The indicator will stop
blinking in 4 minutes. Do not open any of the refrigerator
doors while the indicators are blinking.
All the indicators

Is the door opened?
Is the door opened due to food stuck
inbetween? Close the opened-door.
Remove the food stuck inbetween and close the door
properly.
The indicators

The refrigerator is in the demo mode. Please cancel the mode.
In the demo mode, the refrigerator does not perform the cooling operation.
Open the doors of the Refrigerator Compartment and the door of the
Lower Freezer.
After pressing any button to display the settings, press and hold the
for 10 seconds or more until the preset sound is heard.
All the indicator lamps are lit for a few seconds, the demo mode is
cancelled and the cooling operation resumed.
Close the doors of the Refrigerator Compartment and the door of the
Lower Freezer. (left and right) and the Freezer Compartment lower door.

Condensation
inside Vegetable
Compartment.
Is the moisture unit blocked by packs of
food or containers?
Condensation is more likely to occur if the moisture unit is
blocked. Move the packs of food or containers blocking the
moisture unit to another location. Wipe off any condensation
with a soft cloth.
Are there many vegetables with high
water contents?
As humidity level in vegetable compartment is higher than
other compartments, condensation may form within the
case depending on the amount and type of vegetables.
This is not a fault. If you are still concern, please wrap the
vegetables in cellophane wrap. Wipe off any water with a
soft damp cloth.
Are there any food or
package stuck inbetween
the upper and lower case?
Remove it if any.
Is there any plastic bottle
that is blocking the handle
of the upper case?
If yes, store it somewhere else to prevent it from blocking
the opening and closure of the door.
Are there any food or package
stuck inbetween the upper case
and the top of the compartment? Remove it if any.
Do not use excessive force to close the door if food is
stuck on top of the vegetable compartment.
