8.3.34 Replacing the DC Fan

Tools Needed: Magnetic Philips Screwdriver (No.2)

Replacing the Package Cover DC Fan

①

Read “8.3.2 Replacing Main P/K ASSY (CPS619 P/K)”

①～④

and remove the Package Cover.

②

Unscrew 2 screws on the DC Fan and Disconnect the connector J7. Remove the DC Fan from the device.

③

Take the reverse steps to attach the DC Fan

Replacing the Main Base (R) ASSY DC Fan

Read “8.3.5 Replacing the Scanner ASSY”

①～⑨

and make the scanner in the same state as the picture

below

②

Unscrew 2 screws on the DC Fan, and disconnect the connector J7. Remove the DC Fan from the device.

Take the reverse steps to attach the DC Fan.

Check cable route “8.3.4” and make sure there is enough distance between the Motor Cable and the Ultra

Sonic Sensor Cable. Noise between the 2 could cause errors in the Ultra Sonic Sensor
